Chris Callaway was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and raised in Ada, Oklahoma. After graduating from the Brooks Institute of Photography, Chris began assisting in Los Angeles, and soon started shooting for himself. Now, his work can be seen published in magazines such as The Face, Munich Magazine, Revolver, Zooey, Classic Rock, and Exotic Travel. His talent lies with graphically creating unique contemporary scenes that are greatly inspired by classic paintings, sculpture, motion picture, and a wide range of day-to-day life experiences. Chris’s work has been described as being dark with yearnful beauty, and frequently uses underlying narratives to create flow and a cinematic feel to his photography. Currently, Chris resides in Los Angeles. |
